The 600V side distribution system of the transformer had serious voltage and current distortion before active filter compensation. After the active filter was turned on, the system voltage distortion rate was reduced from 31.4% a 14.5%, and the system current distortion rate was reduced from 23.7% a 9.6%. The system’s current and voltage waveforms were improved from the previous severely distorted waveforms to close to sine waveforms, and the 5th harmonic current in the system was improved from 508.5A to 51.9A, with a compensation rate of 89.7%. Además, after the active equipment compensated for the other harmonic currents of 2 a 13 veces, the current content of each order decreased, and the treatment effect was significant, achieving the expected effect.
